Order Floor Plans
Use the RoomSketcher redraw services to order floor plans from one of our expert illustrators. Upload a blueprint as a jpg, png, or pdf, add a measurement, and place your order. Your floor plans are ready the next business day.
Draw Floor Plans Yourself (DIY)
Use the RoomSketcher App to draw floor plans – fast and easy. Start from scratch, use a template, or import a blueprint to trace over. With the easy-to-understand interface, you will be creating floor plans in minutes.
2D Floor Plans
2D Floor Plans are the clearest way to illustrate a property layout. With a Pro or Team subscription, you can customize the floor plan to suit your company style. Choose monochrome or color, furnished or unfurnished, and add measurements and annotations. Multiple download formats optimized for online and print.
3D Floor Plans
3D Floor Plans add a professional touch to your marketing package. Show the true potential of the property and furnish it like a home. With a Pro or Team subscription, you can choose a consistent furnishing style and match your company branding. Multiple download formats optimized for online and print.
Live 3D
Live 3D is an instant, interactive 3D walkthrough that takes property visualizations to the next level. Navigate projects as if touring an actual property – walk from room to room, turn around, step closer or farther away. Fly above the floor plan to get a true feel for the overall layout. Available with Premium, Pro, and Team.
Share Project Incl. Live 3D
Enable project sharing so that clients, contractors, friends, and family can open and edit the project in the RoomSketcher App, plus experience the project in Live 3D. Shared projects are protected so that viewers work on a copy of the project, and the original stays intact. Available as an add-on product through in-app purchase.
RoomSketcher App
The RoomSketcher App is powerful and easy to use. Download the app to your computer or tablet; projects sync across devices. Drawing floor plans and placing furniture is fast and easy to understand. The vast product library includes more than 5,000 pieces of furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Projects ordered from our expert illustrators can be opened and edited using the RoomSketcher App.
Replace Materials
With Replace Materials, you can customize the look and feel of furniture, fixtures, and more. Try different material and color options from the large library or set your own custom colors. The feature is available for most furniture and fixtures in the product library. Replace Materials is available with Premium, Pro, and Team.
3D Photos
Impress your clients, buyers, friends, and family with professional, state-of-the-art photo rendering, fast and easy. It takes just minutes to virtually stage a property, click to render the 3D Photo, and view the results. Help your clients see the true potential of the property in impressive 3D.
360 Views
Create stunning 360 panoramic views at the click of a button. View the interior as if you are turning around in the middle of the room. Create a free 360 Preview before you generate the final high-resolution 360 View. Available with Pro and Team.
Customize Floor Plans
Add your branding, and customize 2D and 3D Floor Plans with colors, materials, and furniture selection. Create your own unique style and get the same consistent look every time. Available with Pro and Team subscriptions.
Mobile
All RoomSketcher projects are stored in the cloud and are available on any device – computer, tablet, and phone. This means your floor plans and images are available whether you are in the office, at home, or out traveling.
Standard Project
A Standard Project is a DIY Project with up to 5 levels created by a subscriber with a Free subscription or purchased as an Extra Project or Project Refill by a Free or Premium subscriber. A standard project does not include premium project features like 2D Floor Plans. The maximum level size is 1,000 m2 (10,000 sq. ft.).
Credits
Pro and Team subscribers use Credits to create DIY projects, order floor plans, generate floor plans, 3D Photos, 360 Views, and share projects. Monthly Credits are topped up every month. Credit Refills can be purchased at your convenience – these Credits remain active as long as your subscription is active.
Free Subscription
A basic subscription that allows anyone to draw floor plans, decorate with furniture and accessories, and visualize using 3D Snapshots. Ideal for people who want to try out RoomSketcher before purchasing a subscription. 2 complimentary Standard Projects are included. Pay-as-you-go products like generating 2D and 3D Floor Plans, 3D Photos, and ordering floor plans are available for purchase.
Premium Subscription
A “per project” subscription where you upgrade single projects to Premium. A Premium project allows you to generate 2D Floor Plans, experience the project in Live 3D and access the Replace Materials feature. Ideal for people who plan to create a limited number of projects or if you want to try out premium features before you purchase a Pro or Team subscription.
Pro Subscription
Packed with powerful features and our complete product library. Ideal for professionals who need floor plan and home design software with high-end 3D visualization. The subscription unlocks professional features like branding and floor plan customization, plus favorite features for all projects, such as drawing from a blueprint, Replace Materials, and Live 3D. The subscription includes monthly Credits that are replenished on the 1st of every month. Credit Refills are available for purchase.
Team Subscription
Ideal for professionals with a high volume. Team contains all the features of Pro, with the additional benefit of being able to have unlimited users connected to the account and set up multiple company profiles. Team is the best deal for high-volume users. The subscription includes monthly Credits that are replenished on the 1st of every month. Credit Refills are available for purchase.

(1) For each level. Additional fee for levels above 500 m² applies. Maximum level size is 1,000 m². Modifications are charged at the same price as a regular level. 1 correction per order is free.

(3) Cost for 2D Floor Plan per render, after 3 months.

All prices are in USD and exclusive of Sales Tax (VAT).
With Premium projects, or a Pro or Team subscription, you can view all your projects in Live 3D. Floor plans and generated media are available as long as the project is available, and your subscription is active. Credits expire if your subscription expires. Deletion of projects does not restore projects or Credits. RoomSketcher Privacy Policy, RoomSketcher Terms of Use and RoomSketcher General Commercial Terms apply to all use and purchases.
